I went to Maia with problematic “food noise” (persistent/intrusive thoughts about food), which I felt quite stressed about. Maia approached this problem with empathy and her normal relaxed attitude. We met for four weeks, and the change in me has been astounding. The food noise has pretty much gone. I have also felt generally more positive in all areas, felt more joyful and been less stressed. I would 100% recommend this process.
